Here is our before picture- I should also say I transplanted each of these plants up to a bigger pot a day after I planted. I guess I underestimated the size of pot I would need when I originally bought the supplies. I bought one new big pot and bumped everything up one and put the green pepper in the smallest. I also bought a tomato plant.
Here are today's pictures - it's a little hard to tell the difference in pictures but it is big:
